Registered Practical Nurse Nights at Southbridge

Join Southbridge London East as a Registered Practical Nurse working nights. Your focus will be on providing exceptional care and treatment to residents from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
In this part-time role, you will ensure that residents receive care in accordance with nursing standards and regulations. You are responsible for assessing residents' conditions and coordinating medical treatments. Your ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively will greatly enhance the care provided to seniors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care according to best practices
• Evaluate and implement care plans based on assessments
• Record vital signs and initiate health measures as needed
• Direct nursing staff activities and provide training
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings for care excellence
Requirements:
• Certificate of competence from the College of Nurses required
