Salary Range: $39.96 - $40.37 /hour

This is an ideal opportunity for an individual who wants to be on a team of rehabilitation practitioners who are considered leaders in the delivery of rehabilitation care. In this role you will actively participate in improving the outcomes of the patients we serve and to the health care system as a whole.

Using the principles of patient centered care and based upon the foundation of best practice, the successful applicant will be responsible for providing daily nursing care to the full scope of RPN accountability to individuals who have had a stroke, acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury, and/or behavioural rehabilitation patients.
