Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) – Ambulatory Care, Neurology, Neurosurgery

POSITION SUMMARY
Our client is one of the few stand-alone, global leaders in Pediatric Health and is home to over 400+ staff and Physicians dedicated to helping children and youth live their best lives. They are currently looking for Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care for individual patients and families. The nurse assigned to this position is required to function independently and in conjunction with the physicians and the multidisciplinary team in the clinic in order to ensure that the clinic runs efficiently. Availability to work days, evening and weekends will be an expectation of the position.
The nurse will be familiar with the workflows related to referrals, appointment scheduling and work queue management, as well as familiar with specialized services within Neurology/Neurosurgery, Ambulatory Care, and the community to support each child, youth and family.
