Position highlights

• Day shift position
• 10 hour days ) on Weekends
• 3 hour afternoon shifts / ) on Weekdays
• Availability: Must be available to work 2-4 weekend shifts per month (Sat/Sun) and 5-10 shifts on weekdays
• Location: Dundas
• Pay between $ / hour
• G-tube care

Responsibilities

• Responsible for completing and maintaining standards of care within their scope of practice as defined by the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
• Travels to Client's homes to provide medical and personal care within the care plan
• Administering medications, including OTC and high alert medications
• Monitoring Client's status and evaluating needs
• Assess the Client, prioritize needs, applying critical thinking and judgement
• Provides education, emotional, psychological support to patients and families
