Registered Practical Nurse – RPN 
Pay Rate: 39.33 CAD / Hr 
Job Type: Casual / Part-Time / Full-Time 
Compliance Requirements Due to Ontario Long-Term Care regulations, candidates must have the following documents before starting shifts. Candidates who already have complete compliance documentation will be prioritized for upcoming shifts. 
Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) – issued within the last 6 months 
2-Step TB Test – issued within the last 6 months 
COVID-19 Vaccination Proof 
Influenza Vaccination Proof (current season) 
RPN Diploma 
CNO registration number 
CPR and 1st Aid 
N95 Mask Fit Test 
WHMIS Certificate 
Worker Health & Safety Awareness (WHSA) Certificate 
Government‑issued ID
