This is a question that Journey Home Hospice – operated by Saint Elizabeth Foundation – is answering for patients experiencing homelessness and structural vulnerability. With 13-beds in the heart of downtown Toronto, four beds in Windsor, and an international, teaching and learning program, we are creating specialized trauma-informed, culturally safe, and harm-reducing approaches to care that are innovating care options for people in need in Canada and beyond.
