                    We are launching servicestoincludeamobilehealthunitthatwillbeprovidingmedicalandsocialoutreachthroughoutthecommunitytoindividualswhoareexperiencinghomelessness andexperiencemultiplebarrierstotraditionalhealthcare. WeareseekingaRegisteredSocialWorkertoprovideflexibleandinnovativesocialworkercaretopatientsexperiencingbarriersoutinthecommunity. Requirements Responsibilities Asamemberofaninterdisciplinaryteam, you will providequalitypatientcarewithinthescopeofprofessionalsocialworkpracticetopatientsandfamilies experiencingsignificantbarrierstotraditionalhealthcare.

 Qualifications UniversitydegreeinSocialWork. MustberegisteredandamemberingoodstandingwiththeNewBrunswick AssociationofSocialWorkers. Experiencewouldbeanasset.

 Demonstratedassessmentskillsandabilitytofunctionindependentlywithminimalsupervision. Demonstratedcommunication,interpersonal,andteam-buildingskills.Goodworkrecord.
