Requirements & Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in property valuation, demonstrating a strong track record of success.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (Mandarin-speaking candidates expected to serve Mandarin-speaking customers).
• Possess own transport and willingness to travel outstation when required.
• Strong team player capable of working independently.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate property values accurately and provide well-reasoned assessments.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings as needed to ensure comprehensive property evaluations.
