• Registered Valuer with BOVAEP
• At least 3 years of experience in property valuation, demonstrating a strong track record of success.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation when required.
• Must be a team player and can work independently.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate property values accurately and provide well-reasoned assessments.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings as needed to ensure comprehensive property evaluations.
