• Respond to inquiries from individuals and firms regarding registration requirements, processes, timelines, and regulatory obligations.
• Analyze, interpret and explain registration regulatory requirements in accessible language to support inquirer understanding.
• Deliver responses in accordance with internal quality, consistency, and service‑level standards through email, phone, and online communication channels.
• Track responses and ensure consistency and completeness of information.
• Work closely with Registration, Compliance, Policy, and Legal teams when inquiries require cross‑departmental input.
