Summary The New Mexico VA Health Care System is looking for a Registered Nurse for the Spinal Cord Injury & Disorder (SCI/D) Telehealth Service Team! Responsibilities The Spinal Cord Injury & Disorders (SCI/D) Telehealth Coordinator, Registered Nurse (RN), is responsible for providing competent, evidence-based, and compassionate care to assigned patients with spinal cord injuries and related disorders. This role integrates clinical expertise with telehealth technology to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care across the continuum of service. The SCI/D Telehealth Coordinator, in collaboration with the VISN Telehealth Office maintains linkages and effective communications with the telehealth national training centers to ensure optimal care coordination and telehealth educational opportunities for facility staff.
