Regular Caretaker - CEN- Full Time - 40 hours/week

The successful candidate

will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and safety of the school. This includes daily cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting classrooms, hallways, and common areas. In addition, the caretaker will conduct daily inspections of boiler and mechanical rooms to ensure all systems are operating normally, check playground equipment for potential hazards, and monitor sidewalks and entrances for icy or unsafe conditions, taking appropriate action and documenting as required. Qualifications: The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Previous custodial or maintenance experience is considered an asset but is not required.
