Job Description

Purpose of the Role
The Global Mobility Specialist will play a key role in supporting DNV’s Global Mobility Program and its stakeholders and ensuring compliance across international assignment processes. This position has a stronger focus on International Assignment (IA) Management, with Vendor Management acting as a secondary – yet still important – responsibility.
International Assignment Management – delivering end-to-end support for employees on international assignments and stakeholders involved, ensuring policy compliance and a positive employee experience.
Vendor Management – overseeing external service providers (tax, immigration, relocation) to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and adherence to contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the full lifecycle of international assignments (pre-assignment, on-assignment, repatriation).
