Regulatory Affairs and Licensing Lead - Argentina (Buenos Aires)

Tether and its affiliated entities (e.g. Bitfinex) are searching for an organized self‑starter to join our Regulatory and Licensing team. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Regulatory Affairs & Licensing – Latin America, serving as the primary point of contact for regulatory and licensing matters within Argentina. This senior position is designed for professionals with proven experience engaging with or working within financial regulators, supervisory authorities, or policy‑making bodies. The ideal candidate combines strategic insight with hands‑on execution, demonstrates a diplomatic, solutions‑oriented approach in navigating complex regulatory environments, and is able to anticipate regulatory changes and adapt strategies proactively to evolving market and legal environments.
