Job Summary:

The role is responsible for conducting in-depth investigations and analysis on escalated cases referred by Top Management, Regulators, Mediators, and other key stakeholders. You will work to deliver an exceptional customer experience by understanding diverse customer needs, resolving complex complaints, and coordinating with internal and external parties. Your insights will help enhance policies, processes, and overall service quality across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for regulatory and escalated cases, liaising with financial authorities, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
• Investigate, manage, and resolve complex or high-risk customer cases in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
