Regulatory Affairs Director

Head – Regulatory (Renewable Energy & Transmission) 📍 Gujarat

Lead regulatory strategy, compliance, and stakeholder engagement across Solar, Wind, Hybrid, BESS, and Transmission projects. Drive tariff petitions, approvals, and filings with CERC, SERCs, MNRE, and DISCOMs.

What you’ll do:

• Shape regulatory strategy & policy advocacy
• Manage tariff determination, approvals, and compliance
• Mentor a regulatory team and build expertise in emerging markets (GDAM, storage, market coupling)
• Engage with regulators, policymakers, and industry associations

What we’re looking for:

• 20–25 years’ regulatory/policy experience in Power/Renewables/Infra
• Strong track record with tariff petitions & approvals
• Deep knowledge of ISTS, open access, REC, and energy storage frameworks
• Proven leadership & stakeholder engagement skills
