Regulatory Affairs Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Monitor (e.g. through authority website, consultants, associations, etc.) and study food and labeling legislation (e.g. additives, ingredients, health and nutrition claims, novel foods, contaminants, labelling rules, etc) and their possible revisions and any other regulation related to topics under the responsibility of Regulatory (e.g. adv, sustainability, toys, etc.) for the local market;

2. Impact assessment of legislation under regulatory responsibility on the Company and Company’s products;

3. Share information and communication on legislation under the regulatory responsibility with other functions within the organization;

4. Support in providing updates on regulatory topics of interest;

5. Work closely with Marketing providing advice on project feasibility and compliance (concept, food category, pictorials, health and nutrition claims, marketing claims, new ingredients, risk assessment, etc...
