1. End-to-End Licence Acquisition

• Lead the full application lifecycle for OPS, MAL (BSP Circular 1198), and VAS licences from pre-submission to final issuance.
• Draft, review, and organise all required documentation, including business plans, manuals of regulations, and operational flowcharts.
• Ensure the company's SEC registration and Articles of Incorporation (AOI) are aligned with licensing requirements.

2. Regulatory Liaison & Government Relations

• Act as the primary point of contact with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) — specifically the Payments and Settlements Investments Department (PSID) — and the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC).
• Represent the company in official meetings, hearings, and site inspections conducted by regulators.
