Regulatory Analyst (Healthcare Compliance

We are seeking a detail-oriented Regulatory Analyst to support the Regulatory Affairs function within a Compliance & Ethics team. This role is responsible for interpreting laws and regulations, assessing their impact, and helping ensure effective compliance implementation across the organization.
The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and comfortable working cross-functionally to support regulatory initiatives and mitigate business risk.
Key Responsibilities

+ Monitor and interpret new and evolving laws, regulations, and industry guidelines relevant to healthcare and insurance.

+ Analyze the impact of regulatory changes on business operations, policies, and procedures.

+ Serve as a point of contact for internal regulatory and compliance-related inquiries.

+ Prepare clear, concise summaries of regulatory updates for internal stakeholders.

+ Support the development and implementation of compliance strategies and policies.
