Regulatory Compliance Associate/Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Regulatory Compliance Associate/Analyst to join our growing team. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between evolving regulatory requirements and our internal operations. Your primary focus will be ensuring that regulatory documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and clearly summarised for management review and client advisory purposes.

This role forms part of a newly established Regulatory Research function designed to strengthen our compliance advisory services. Our client base primarily comprises Singapore fund management companies regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), with additional exposure to clients in Australia, Hong Kong, and the United States.

Key Responsibilities

1. Regulatory Monitoring & Research

2. Monitor regulatory developments issued by MAS, including circulars, notices, guidelines, consultation papers, and enforcement updates.
