Regulatory Compliance Lead

Role Overview:

The Regulatory Compliance Lead is responsible for overseeing and strengthening the firm’s regulatory compliance framework across applicable jurisdictions. This role plays a critical part in supporting global expansion, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enabling licensing and market entry across new jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of the regulatory compliance framework, including AML CTF, sanctions, KYC, transaction monitoring, and regulatory reporting.
• Act as a key point of contact for regulators and supervisory authorities, managing regulatory communications, inquiries, inspections, and examinations.
• Support new market expansion by leading and assisting with licensing applications, renewals, variations, and ongoing regulatory obligations across multiple jurisdictions.
