Regulatory Compliance Manager

Ethos BeathChapman is currently recruiting for a newly created Regulatory Manager on behalf of a prominent and growing International Bank with a strong presence locally. This 2nd line of defence position has been created due to organic growth within the organisation and will help shape the banks Regulatory regulatory advisory and oversight capabilities.

In this role, you will be the trusted advisor to senior leadership, interpretation legislation, assessing regulatory change, strengthening compliance frameworks and supporting regulatory engagement (APRA, ASIC, and Austrac). 
The successful candidate can expect a varied day-to-day including but not limited to the following; 

• Provide advice to senior stakeholders on regulatory obligations, supervisory expectations, and compliance risks.
