We’re partnering with a growing organisation operating in a highly regulated energy environment, looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager to step into a visible, business-critical position.

You’ll sit at the centre of the business — shaping compliance frameworks, leading regulatory engagement, and partnering closely with senior stakeholders to navigate an evolving regulatory landscape.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and uplift the organisation’s compliance framework and controls environment 
• Own regulatory submissions, audits, and responses end-to-end 
• Act as a trusted advisor to the Consumer business on regulatory obligations 
• Drive compliance audits, risk assessments, and breach reporting 
• Partner with Legal, Risk, and senior stakeholders across the business
