A modern digital bank is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to lead and promote a strong compliance culture. This role will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards, overseeing the banks adherence to applicable regulations. The manager will establish effective frameworks and procedures to identify, manage, and mitigate compliance risks, ensuring financial and reputational protection. Additionally, they will support the Regulatory Compliance Head, CCO and senior stakeholders in managing compliance and regulatory risks.

Responsibilities:

• Review, issue, and distribute regulatory updates from BSP, AMLC, and PDIC.
• Track submission status of periodic regulatory reports from Business Units (BUs).
• Act as DCORO in the absence of the Regulatory Compliance Head.
