Regulatory Compliance Officers

Overview
We are seeking two Regulatory Compliance Officers to support the firm's regulatory framework across multiple jurisdictions. This role will focus on monitoring global regulatory developments, advising internal stakeholders on regulatory requirements, managing regulator communications, and supporting audits and supervisory reviews. The ideal candidate has strong traditional financial services experience, solid capital markets exposure, and hands on regulatory engagement experience.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and interpret global regulatory developments and assess their impact on the business
Review and update internal policies and procedures to ensure alignment with applicable laws and regulatory requirements
Provide clear and practical regulatory advice to business, treasury, trading, and operational teams
Support licensing obligations and ongoing compliance under CMSL and other relevant regulatory regimes
