My client is a leading and growing Financial Institution and we are recruiting for a Compliance Officer. You will be given the opportunity to support the wider team and work closely with stakeholders in the market.
Responsibilities for this Regulatory Compliance - Wholesale Banking role
Provide compliance advisory, including gap analyses and assessments of regulatory updates or local news.
Ensure the Branch complies with Singapore banking laws, especially those relating to the Wholesale Banking Licence, Recognized Clearing House requirements, and the PDPA.
Ensure timely submission of annual declarations by all MAS-licensed representatives.
Maintain and update the Company's risk assessment framework (e.g., Legal Inventory).
Work with Compliance teams at HQ and regional offices on BAU matters, including alignment efforts.
Support ad-hoc Compliance-related initiatives.
