Summary:Under direct or general supervision of the Water Superintendent or Water Foreman, oversees the District’s water sampling program and monitors results to ensure compliance with the California State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) regulations and permit requirements. Conducts complete monitoring and reporting requirements.
