Regulatory & Customs Compliance Specialist

About the Role:

The ideal candidate must be able to manage outsourced manufacturers and independently handle regulatory operations with minimal supervision. This role requires practical experience with IMMEX, PROSEC, and VAT Certification systems, and a hands-on approach to working with brokers, suppliers, and government agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage all operational tasks related to IMMEX / PROSEC bonded programs, including import/export documentation, customs compliance, and vendor management.
• Handle government-related documentation such as VAT certifications, permits, licenses, and sectorial program approvals.
• Work with customs brokers to ensure accurate declarations and tax/duty benefits under IMMEX and PROSEC.
• Troubleshoot problems across outsourced manufacturing operations, bonded logistics, and regulatory gaps.
