Regulatory Documentation (Product Information Specialist)

Responsibilities

1. Generate customer product specifications and answer technical enquiries. The specification includes:

   • Customer and supplier data
   • Ingredient list, allergens, intolerance data, GMO information, microbiological spec, analytical data, physical data
   • Foreign body control, storage conditions and shelf life, nutritional data, packaging information
   • Spec authorization, label examples, on-pack declaration, suitability info, HFSS info, certifiable ingredients/provenance, animal by-products, supply chain map to farm, safety and stability control for ingredients, RTE controls

2. Ensure compliance with BRC, ISO, legal and customer requirements by creating specifications in the required format...
