FDA Regulatory

• Prepare and submit product registration/notification requirements

• Assist filing and renewal of LTO (License to Operate)

• Check label compliance (mandatory info, warnings, claims)

• Maintain FDA filing records and monitor renewal deadlines

• Coordinate with suppliers for COA, SDS/MSDS, GMP/ISO and other documents

IPO / Trademark

• Check availability of brand names before launch

• File and monitor trademark applications (brand name + logo)

• Track deadlines, office actions, and renewals

• Maintain trademark registry and support brand protection

Coordination

• Work with R&D, Quality, Marketing, and Supply Chain

• Provide regular updates and maintain compliance trackers
