Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring company products comply with Philippine FDA requirements and managing IPO trademark registration for brand names and logos. Handles regulatory documentation, submissions, tracking, and renewals.

Key Responsibilities

FDA Regulatory

Prepare and submit product registration/notification requirements

Assist filing and renewal of LTO (License to Operate)

Check label compliance (mandatory info, warnings, claims)

Maintain FDA filing records and monitor renewal deadlines

Coordinate with suppliers for COA, SDS/MSDS, GMP/ISO and other documents

IPO / Trademark

Check availability of brand names before launch

File and monitor trademark applications (brand name + logo)

Track deadlines, office actions, and renewals

Maintain trademark registry and support brand protection

Coordination

Work with R&D, Quality, Marketing, and Supply Chain
