Regulatory Officer

The Regulatory Officer will handle all regulatory compliance matters for skincare and cosmetic products. You will be the main point of contact for FDA Philippines, ensuring all products are properly registered, labeled, and compliant with local and ASEAN regulations. The role involves coordinating with various internal teams and external agencies to support smooth market entry and ongoing legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Product Registration

• Prepare, submit, and track regulatory filings for product notification, registration, and import permits with the FDA and other relevant agencies.
• Maintain an up-to-date tracker of all regulatory submissions and approvals.

Documentation

• Gather and organize product documentation: ingredient lists, Certificates of Analysis, MSDS, stability data, safety assessment, and CFS (Certificate of Free Sale).
• Maintain updated records for easy audit and inspection.
