Regulatory Pharmacist

The Regulatory Pharmacist ensures the Optimo Global Group company's full compliance with FDA Philippines and other relevant regulatory bodies. This role is responsible for the preparation, evaluation, and submission of regulatory applications, licenses, and technical documentation to secure product approvals. This is a desk-based regulatory role that requires detailed review of scientific, technical, and legal documents.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Qualified Person on record for all cosmetic products regulated under Optimo Global Group, Inc.
• Manage and update filings via the FDA ePortal, including Cosmetic Product Notifications (CPN) and License to Operate (LTO) renewals
• Assist with inventory and storage management, ensuring products are properly stored and tracked according to FDA standards
