Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the regulatory reporting agenda across LATAM Banking Operations.
  • Document and deliver transactional regulatory compliance requirements for LATAM jurisdictions.
  • Help build and maintain the control framework, ensuring strong internal controls to minimize risk.
  • Demonstrate understanding of the LATAM regulatory environment and its impact on operations.
  • Contribute to change management practices for regulatory changes and adapt to evolving demands.
  • Stay informed of regulatory developments and manage changing requirements.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of regulatory reporting.
  • Implement tactical controls and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
  • Participate in LATAM Banking Operations regulatory-related projects.
  • Partner with local and regional stakeholders to address regulatory requirements.
