Regulatory Reporting Specialist

Role Description:

Responsible for preparing and submitting regulatory reports to local and international authorities in compliance with financial regulations. Ensures accurate, timely, and transparent reporting of financial, risk, and operational data. Works closely with Finance, Risk, Compliance, and IT teams to implement reporting processes and controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare statutory and regulatory reports for MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) and other relevant authorities.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements (e.g., Basel III, IFRS, FATCA, CRS).
• Reconcile and validate data from multiple internal systems before submission.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives for regulatory reporting.
• Respond to queries and audits from regulators.
• Maintain knowledge of changes in regulations and assess their impact on reporting.
