Rehabilitation Counselor (A/B)

The Department of Developmental Services located at*Templeton Community Services (TCS)*is seeking qualified candidates for the*Rehabilitation Counselor (A/B)*position.The Rehabilitation Counselor (A/B) is responsible for the joint leadership of the operations of Templeton Community Services (TCS) Community Based Day Services. Responsibilities include participating in all planning and implementation of Community integration, developing and implementing Individual Support Plan (ISP) assessments and the documentation and coordination of all planning with other Rehabilitation Counselors. This position also provides leadership to groups and teaches social, educational and/or emotional skills to individuals receiving services, as well as develops forums to communicate with family or guardians.
