Reimbursement Accounting Associate

Responsibilities:

• Process and review reimbursement transactions accurately and efficiently
• Analyze revenue and payment data to identify trends and improve results
• Handle end-to-end Accounts Receivable tasks, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Collaborate with global teams to resolve discrepancies and streamline processes
• Build reports that turn data into actionable insights

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in end-to-end AR (with some reimbursement exposure)
• Strong foundation in general accounting
• Experience in shared services or multinational setup
• Excel-savvy, detail-oriented, and proactive
