**A Day in the Life**
This role is responsible for leading central market access strategies and driving engagement with key national healthcare stakeholders to support Medtronic’s business priorities and patient access objectives in China. The position will monitor and analyze healthcare policy developments, shape reimbursement and payment-related strategies, and identify opportunities arising from evolving healthcare reforms.

The role requires strong expertise in China’s healthcare financing, reimbursement, and market access environment, with the ability to translate policy trends into actionable business strategies.
