Relationship Assistant

JOB OBJECTIVE:
To aggressively expand and maintain the company's partners' network. This role is critical for achieving ground-level market saturation through strategic recruitment, with a secondary focus on supporting the activation and development of sales partners to ensure their success and productivity.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruitment & Network Expansion:

· Proactively identify, source, and recruit potential agents and sales partners within the target territory.

· Execute end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, screening, and support onboarding process.

· Develop and implement localized recruitment strategies to achieve rapid and thorough ground saturation.

Partner Activation & Development:
