Relationship Director - Development Finance - Midlands

Buckden Partners is working leading specialist UK bank with a strong track record in property lending, currently looking to appoint a Relationship Director to originate new Development Finance business across the Midlands.

This is a senior, front-line origination role focused on building and converting a strong pipeline of residential, commercial and mixed-use development transactions with experienced property developers and introducers.

The Role

As Relationship Director, you will:

• Originate new development finance opportunities across the Midlands region
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, brokers, and professional introducers
• Structure transactions across land acquisition, construction and exit facilities
• Work closely with credit and portfolio teams to drive deals through to completion
