This role involves serving as the primary contact between the company and its employees and customers, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining employee records.

• Ensure outsourced employees report on time and manage attendance.
• Enforce compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
• Maintain employee records and valid contracts.
