Job Summary

Optimise the profit and economic value of portfolios of Small Business key account clients requiring low to medium complexity commercial banking requirements by focusing on: a) origination efforts to generate new clients; b) cross‑sell to existing client base; c) coverage efforts to service clients in accordance to the segment CVP.

Key Responsibilities Relationship Management: Own the primary relationship with the client by being the client’s main contact point for all corporate and investment banking needs. Client Solutioning: Take overall accountability for service delivery by setting the rules of engagement for the cross‑functional team, which includes Transactional Banker, Credit Analyst, Segment Support Client Control Team, Client Service Consultant & Product & Sector teams.
