Job Title: Relationship Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

• Source, structure, and service clients for their financial needs, particularly for MSMEs, offering both secure and unsecured products.
• Address client queries and ensure prompt resolution within the required turnaround time (TAT).
• Coordinate with support functions (Credit/Ops) to facilitate loan disbursement.
• Gather market feedback and insights on competitor products.

Desired Skills:

• At least 1 year of experience in business loans.
• Candidates should be from the local area.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
