Job Summary
This role is responsible for achieving sales targets and managing the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) business working capital efficiently. The position requires maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance. The ideal candidate should have experience in Corporate/Commercial Banking with a strong knowledge of Trade and Working Capital products.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve the sales targets set by the Team Leader.
Solicit new SME customers in line with the bank's sales policy, strategy, and targets.
Visit existing SME Banking Customers to deepen relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Ensure strict adherence to Account Opening procedures as per policies and guidelines.
Conduct thorough Credit Risk Assessments for SME Trade and Working Capital Clients.
Prepare comprehensive Business Credit Applications for SME clients.
