Role and responsibility

• Manage and strengthen relationships with partner bank branches to drive insurance sales.
• Achieve assigned sales targets through the banca (bank assurance) channel.
• Conduct regular meetings with Branch Managers and bank staff to ensure alignment on business goals.
• Train and motivate bank employees on insurance products, features, and sales techniques.
• Generate leads from the bank’s customer base and convert them into business opportunities.

Desired Candidate profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in bancassurance, insurance, or banking.
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder handling skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with bank staff and internal teams.
