Job Description

Primarily tasked with providing excellent customer service for VIP clients, contributing to business growth by promoting Platinum plans and products, and retaining the customer base.

Identifies, prioritizes, and develops relationship strategies for high-value retention, expansion clients, and acquisition targets. Delivers knowledgeable advice and solutions, institutionalizes client relationships, and optimizes revenue opportunities for the Company.
