Future Relationship Manager Client Services (Retirement Funding & Group Risk Solutions)

Manage and grow a portfolio of high‑value clients by executing the customer relationship management strategy within defined parameters. Contribute to strategic initiatives and translate them into operational plans to drive client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. Ensure effective delivery of client services through proactive relationship management and continuous improvement of service standards.

Qualifications & Experience Grade 12 (Matric) or Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or related field. Regulatory Examination (RE) qualification advantageous. Proven experience in retirement funding, employee benefits consulting, and group risk solutions. Minimum 3–5 years of consulting experience. Strong knowledge of industry products, regulatory requirements, and benefit consulting practices.
