• Proactively manage the onboarding process of corporate clients under the supervision of the assigned Team Leader.
• Supervise Assistant Relationship Managers (ARMs) in handling day-to-day coordination with the Credit Administration Department, legal counsel, and clients.
• Prepare credit proposals and conduct credit reviews in accordance with internal policies.
• Present credit proposals to the Credit Committee jointly with the Team Leader (when required).
• Evaluate and execute investment banking syndicate transactions, including screening, valuation, structuring, and preparation of term sheets, negotiations, documentation, and completion of all pre- and post-disbursement formalities.
