Relationship Manager Data Services

The Role

We are looking for a Relationship Manager for Data Services to join our team in London. In this role you will be responsible for delivering the core function of the Omni service: ensuring the accuracy and completeness of client data across multiple databases in a timely manner. Builds and maintains strong client relationships and provides day-to-day client advice and support. Promotes the organization's capabilities to clients, identifies sales opportunities to be forwarded to the account managers, and achieves contract extensions or additional business within the account(s).

In this role you work efficiently with clients to uphold high standards, focusing on Omni’s core data functions and seamless quarterly processes.
