Relationship Manager Jr - Large Corporate

-Job description- Manage, along with a Sr Banker, a portfolio of large corporates and institutional clients (Manufacturing, Financial Institutions, Retail, Healthcare, Mining, QSRs, Airlines, Insurance, etc.)- Structure complex bilateral and syndicated loans, and other strategic financings; and managed client transactions from pitch to close.
- Coach and mentor credit analysts.
- Lead product partner teams to identify cross-sell opportunities and coordinated pitches.Liaise with credit risk for approvals.Requirements- Relationship management: Ability to lead and influence cross-functional relationships with both internal product teams and customers.Customer service oriented.Strong experience in the private equity or venture capital industry.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience managing a complex business portfolio in multiple locations, business development and sales leadership experience.Strong analysis and credit structuring skills are essential.
